The room was clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning and tidying. The pool was spotless, and the beach was nice, although the beach bar only offered juice and water—no coffee or alcohol. The food was good, with plenty of options so that everyone can find something to enjoy. While the selection may be slightly less tailored to European guests, you certainly won’t go hungry. We have high praise for the staff—from the bartenders to the restaurant servers, everyone was kind, helpful, and eager to make our stay pleasant. The housekeeping team also did a fantastic job. I don’t understand why some reviews claim the staff is rude, as that was far from our experience. The only rude behavior we witnessed came from certain hotel guests—those who grabbed excessive amounts of food, only to waste it, and treated the staff poorly. This hotel is very family-friendly, so expect a lot of children if you decide to visit. The animation team was wonderful, organizing activities such as golf, bocce, quizzes, and much more, keeping both adults and children entertained throughout the day.
